This notice explains how Digitalab Ltd (“Digitalab”, “we”) handles personal data collected through digitalabhk.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, subject and message. Our web server also records technical data about each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We use contact form details to read and reply to your enquiry. We use technical data to keep the site secure and working.
Who handles it for us
We do not sell personal data. Service providers process it on our behalf: web hosting (Railway), network security and delivery (Cloudflare), and email delivery of form messages (SendGrid). Messages are delivered to our company mailbox. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept on the website and in our mailbox only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for visitors and does not use advertising or analytics tools. Site editors who log in to manage the site receive login cookies. Our network provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Your rights and contact
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@digitalabhk.com.
